# Fatal error using the plugin

 * Fatal error: Call to undefined function wc_get_template_html() in /home/thincigt/
   public_html/silverb/wp-content/plugins/wc-cancel-order/includes/class-wc-email-
   cancel-request-approved-order.php on line 61
 * That is the error message I get, when I click on either Cancel button from the
   products page, or accept cancellation via the dashboard.
 * The plugins and wordpress have been respectively updated, but the error still
   remains. Please advise asap.

 * Please check your woocommerce version, i think you are using old woocommerce 
   version.
