 * I’m writing a plugin and when I try to activate it I get the, ‘Plugin could not
be activated because it triggered a fatal error’ message. I can’t figure out
why, though. Does the actual error get logged anywhere, or is there some way
to tell what the problem is?

 * I was trying to include /wp-admin/includes/upgrade.php, but that doesn’t exist
in 2.2. I upgraded to 2.6 and it’s working now.
