I found a fatal error every time I enter the Permalink section. The error says:

Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 63176704) (tried to allocate 196608 bytes) in /path/to/plugins/jetpack/locales.php on line 609

It occurs to all my sites, either in multisite mode or single installation. The error disappears when I deactivate Jetpack. Any thought?

That’s a common WordPress issue, and you can follow the instructions here to fix that problem:

    No luck, it now says:

Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 55574528) (tried to allocate 74880 bytes) in /path/to/plugins/jetpack/locales.php on line 1128

That’s the same error as before I’m afraid. It’s possible that there isn’t more memory available for you to use on your site, so the changes you’ve made by following the tutorial above won’t help.

If that’s case, I’d recommend contacting your hosting provider about this, and asking them if they can up the memory allocated on your server.
