# Fatal error when installing plugin?

 * I was really excited about using your plugin after reading through the description,
   but when I just tried to upload and install it I got this message:
 * **Fatal error: **Cannot redeclare restrict_listings_by_categories() in **/nas/
   wp/www/cluster-1271/datawinners/wp-content/plugins/q-and-a-focus-plus-faq/inc/
   custom-post.php** on line **49**

 * Could you let me know if the problem is on my end, and if there is something

   back to you. Off the top of my head it sounds like a plugin conflict.

 * Have you tried disabling any plugins, especially the old Q and A, if you have
   that, and then activating it?

 * That worked! I had the older “Q & A Plus FAQ and Knowledge Base by Raygun” plug-
   in activated; once I deactivated that one and then tried activating this plug-
   in, it installed flawlessly and even saved all my previously created FAQs and
   much of my CSS. Thanks!
