 * Fatal error: Call to undefined function almost always means one or more files
   didn’t get uploaded or are 0 byte.
    try uploading /wp-admin contents again

 * no change … here’s the file contents …
 * I think the issue is with one or more of these variables –
 * ‘WP_SITEURL’, ‘WP_HOME’, ABSPATH
 * I have created a WordPress directory under the root directory

 * the web configuration put that stuff in?
    I would get the wp-config-sample.php
   that comes with the download and just put the database info in for now and save
   as wp-config.php and upload it and try that

 * Yes, I used the sample.php to create my file and filed in my own data.
 * For ABSPATH, I put in [http://rosswood-inc.com/wordpress](http://rosswood-inc.com/wordpress)
 * I did not put in wp-settings.php
 * Earlier on you said that something needed to be in there …

 * you want to leave the “ABSPATH” as it was
    try what I said and don’t change anything
   but the database info
