# Fatal Error while removing “post highlights” plugin

 * I got this message while attempting to remove “Post Highlights’ plugin:
 * Fatal error: Call to undefined function: remove_option() in d:\inetpub\vhosts\
   skiva.com.my\httpdocs\blog\wp-content\plugins\post-highlights\post-highlights.
   php on line 49
 * This error also prevents me from exporting my WP database.
    How should I deal
   with this?
 * Please advise!

 * I have manually removed this plugin from my hosting directory.
    Eventually this
   plugin is gone from the admin panel after my next WP login.
 * Then, I tried deleting one of the plugin from WP control panel, I got this message:
 * Fatal error: Class wp_filesystem_direct: Cannot inherit from undefined class 
   wp_filesystem_base in d:\inetpub\vhosts\skiva.com.my\httpdocs\blog\wp-admin\includes\
   class-wp-filesystem-direct.php on line 17
 * What should I do?

 * Hi,
 * “Post Highlights” plug-in was not able to deactivate.
    Sorry, I described wrongly
   just now. It was happened while attempting to deactivate the plug-in, not removing.(
   referring 1st thread)
