Either you legitimately need more memory, or more likely you are doing something that is causing an infinite loop (at least that is what is what happens to me). Best recommendation would be to start with what were you doing when this timeout happened. Then do “the plugin dance” and start disabling plugins until you get things working. Then at least you know where the problem is coming from. But wow, reproducing it… I am not sure. I have a hundred visitors or so shopping on my site for very few items ( one of a kind, second hand) and it gets to a point where the site shuts down. Increasing memory definitely doesn’t help, the error msgs continue.
