 * looks like possible plugin error with formidable
    temporarily deactivate your
   plugin via file manager or FTP–WordPress dashboard access is not required. rename
   plugin folder to plugin-old (or something similar) this should make it possible
   for you to access WP-admin and make other adjustments do you have access to your
   webhosting account? do you have a recent backup of website files and database?
