It was a simple header injection that replaced the homepage of sites. * It was fixed by reinstalling WordPress. * While working through that process, I came on to one of my sites using this plugin. On that site, the login function was broken with a php error referencing this plugin, and the captcha.php file. * Not much to go on – I downloaded Captcha again, ftp’d it up, and was able to log in again to WordPress. Please update the plugin.
