 * Hi, I was just working on updating a website when I got this error:
 * Warning: require_once(/home/content/06/10063306/html/wp-content/themes/genesis/
   lib/init.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or
   directory in /home/content/06/10063306/html/wp-content/themes/familytree/functions.
   php on line 17
 * Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘/home/
   content/06/10063306/html/wp-content/themes/genesis/lib/init.php’ (include_path
   =’.:/usr/local/php5_3/lib/php’) in /home/content/06/10063306/html/wp-content/
   themes/familytree/functions.php on line 17
 * I can no longer view the website itself, or login to the dashboard. Just FYI
   wordpress for this site was just updated today, so I have the backup in case
   I have to use it. I notice that the code mentions Genesis, which is the theme
   that I was trying to remove. The website was not currently using this theme.
   PLEASE help!!

 * You have an error in your current theme. Try switching to the default theme automatically
   by renaming:
 * wp-content/themes/familytree
 * to:
 * wp-content/themes/familytree-old
 * using [FTP](http://codex.wordpress.org/FTP_Clients) or whatever file management
   application your host provides.

 * How do I do this? I’m not quite sure.

 * I guess you deleted the Genesis framework, but you are still using the Genesis
   child theme named familytree.
 * You can use an ftp client like **FileZilla** to access your server.With an ftp
   client you can browse your files and folders and rename the one specified above.
   Renaming that folder will allow you to get back to your WordPress dashboard and
   there you can make further changes.

 * Abhisek,
 * It looks like I need to have my IP if I want to use FileZilla, is this right?
   I am editing this site for a friend and I cannot access the site at all, although
   I have all of the login information. where might I be able to find the IP that
   I’m looking for if I’m not able to access the dashboard?

 * As far as I know there’s no need for an IP address to use FileZilla.All that
   you need is the login information your host provided and the settings they need
   to allow ftp access.Which host are you using right now?

 * Oh Okay. The website is being hosted through GoDaddy.

 * Contact your hosts for assistance with FTP.

 * Ok that’s why you need IP address.Here are the steps for using FileZilla with
   Godaddy hosting.
 * **Complete the following fields, and then click Quickconnect:

    Host — Enter
   your hosting account IP address. Username — Enter your hosting account user name.
   Password — Enter your hosting account password.
 * Port — Type 21 for FTP or 22 for sFTP.
    **NOTE**: Our Managed WordPress accounts
   can only connect via sFTP.
 * Once connected, FileZilla displays the contents of your hosting account on the
   right, in the Remote site section, and the contents of your computer on the left
   in the Local site section.

 * and here’s how to find IP address
 * > **Finding Your Hosting Account’s IP Address**
   > Your hosting account’s IP address is the address computers use to access it,
   > both for browsing your website (HTTP) and uploading files to it (FTP). For
   > instance, if your domain name isn’t using your hosting account’s IP address
   > as its primary A record in its DNS settings, your website won’t load the files
   > on your hosting account.
   > **To Locate Your Hosting IP Address**
   > Log in to your Account Manager. Click
   > Web Hosting.
   > Click one of the following, based on the type of hosting you have. You can
   > tell this by the second word in your hosting’s description beneath your hosting
   > account’s domain name, e.g. Deluxe Web correlates to Web/Classic (Hosting Control
   > Panel).
   > **Web/Classic (Hosting Control Panel)**
   > Next to the hosting account you want to use, click the Launch button.
   > Your IP address displays in the IP Address field in the Server Details column.
   > **Linux (cPanel)**
   > Next to the hosting account you want to use, click Launch.
   > Your hosting account’s Shared IP Address displays in the Stats section on the
   > left. If it’s not displaying, click expand stats.
   > **Windows (Plesk)**
   > Next to the hosting account you want to use, click Launch.
   > In the System Overview section, your IP address displays.
