# FB Connect Parse Error

 * Hello,
 * I am trying to install the Facebook connect plugin for my [website](http://derekrossler.com),
   but when I try and activate the plugin, I get this parse error.
 * `Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_OBJECT_OPERATOR in /wp-content/plugins/
   wp-facebookconnect/fbconnect.php on line 38`
 * Can someone help me out here?

 * same error here, works on one blog, not on the other.
 * one activates just fine. the other has same error on line 38 as you do!
