Please, try to use the plugin as normal, trying to create custom audience and check the stats graph in the dashboard of pixel caffeine. * If the issue persists, try to reset the Facebook connection, following these steps: 1. Go into your [Facebook account -> Settings -> Business integrations](https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools), find the app Pixel Caffeine and remove it (don’t worry, you won’t lose anything); 2. Go in the admin of the plugin -> General Settings 3. Open the “Advanced Box” box at the bottom of the page 4. Scroll down and click into the button “Reset Facebook Connection” (again, you won’t lose anything) 5. Make a new Facebook login and confirm all permissions * Then, re-connect again your Facebook account.
