 * Is there a way, including ad-ons, to allow applicants to submit references that
   receive an automatic email, and that the tracking of those references can be 
   kept part of the application process via application tracking, etc?
 * For example, the applicant provides the email address of a reference, and that
   references receives an email asking for their participation in completing a referral
   form for the applicant. Once the reference has done so, the admin can view via
   the control panel the applicant’s progress as well as the reference’s referral.
