 * I have some issue in wordpress when finding images in media section . i have 
   around 11000+ images and when i try to find image using name or description or
   any thing the wordpress return no image found.
 * Please help me .

 * Unfortunately, your contribution is difficult to read. It would be good if you
   could work with the formatting options of the editor here so that your answers
   are easier to read.
 * All the messages you mentioned, as far as I can see, have nothing to do with 
   your actual problem. I have one more question about this:
   Where exactly are you
   looking for the files? Are you under Media in the backend or are you in the media
   selection for feature images? Does the problem exist in both places?

 * Yes you are right the actual problem is only in Media Selection where i m unable
   to find images when i trying to search.

 * You are looking for the component of an Alt text in your screenshot. This is 
   not searched here. Search for a part of a file name, e.g. “egypt”.
