Hi there – looks like you’re using Jetpack’s Photon module. Could you try turning the module off and then on again in your Jetpack settings and see if that gets your featured images resized correctly?
Kathryn, I tried that but still the featured images are too small.
Strangely, when I made a new post, the featured image did not resize.
Tahoerock: the featured image (above the post) does not fill up the space for the featured image. When I inspect the div, it mentions a resize.
Looks like you’re not running Photon now. Try running the Regenerate Thumbnails plugin and let me know how it goes.
Ah, correction – I do see Photon active. Let me come back to you on this.
One thing you could try is deactivating Photon and running Regenerate Thumbnails.
If your images return to a normal size then it sounds like a possible issue on the Jetpack side. You could try contacting Jetpack support for assistance with it if that’s the case:
