I’m sorry but as you appear to be using a non-WPORG theme, you need to seek support from the theme’s developers – paid or otherwise. We only support themes downloaded from ww.wp.xz.cn here.
Have contacted the Developer, they said its from WordPress…

You said it was from Gabfire themes. There is no Advanced NewsPaper theme here:

You can start troubleshooting by deactivating all plugins and switching to the deafault theme to see if the problem goes away.
I have done all that, only the images i used in the post comes up, the feature image won’t appear.
Can you replicate the problem using the default Twenty Thirteen theme with all plugins deactivated?

Have you checked the file permissions? Do you have anti-hotlinking enabled on the server?
Can you insert regular images?
No… I don’t have that.
I am presently using WordPress 3.8 and I just installed Simple Auto Feature Image plugin hoping it will help resolve that…
