Feature image on Post

First, I want to say, really nice and clean theme.

Currently my “POST” looks like https://prnt.sc/iq750v

I wonder if you can change feature-img bg-img in “POST” https://prnt.sc/iq75gi, to full image size next to exerp.

Or

Change center featured image to top instead https://prnt.sc/iq75t6

Is it possible to change that, by the way, grateful for the help.
