 * Thank you for contacting us about our WooCommerce Extra Product Sorting Options
   plugin. We appreciate the feedback!
 * Organizing by price + shipping may not be possible. Shipping information is usually
   not available yet when the product sorting options are loaded. This would require
   we always have each customer’s delivery address. There would likely be performance
   issues as well. Unfortunately, this option is not likely to make it into the 
   plugin.
 * You can currently organize by best selling items first, though. Using the sort
   by popularity option available in WooCommerce core will work for you here.
