 * Most site request Jquery to work, but it effects the speed a lot. To use outbox
   CDN resources might be a way to speed up access?
 * If yes, the problem is the resources of jquery CDN are quite different speed 
   for a specific region.
 * So, it would be great if there is an option to custom a Jquery CDN resource url.
 * What do you think please?
