# [Feature Request] Capabilities

 * Hello,
 * One of my biggest complaints with this plugin is all the core features are set
   in `options-general.php`. This page requires the `manage_options` capability,
   which ensures that only the highest user level (administrator) can access these
   settings. Being able to ban users, add channels, or moderate the chat is only
   available to administrative users.
 * I’d love to see this moved outside `options-general.php` and have actual capabilities
   put into place for managing these settings so that the Website Administrator 
   can give these capabilities to other user roles such as Editors, Shop Managers,
   or site Custom Roles.

 * As admin you may set moderation rights in Wise Chat / Moderation settings. Then
   users may moderate the chat directly in the chat window (the buttons). There 
   is no need to have admin rights.
 * Adding a channel is just a matter of putting [wise-chat channel=’A room’] in 
   a post or a page.
