# Feature Request – current archive class

 * Hi,
 * Just an idea for your plugin – how about adding an ‘active’ class to the li of
   the current archive?
 * The default WP category widget has a ‘current-cat’ class, but the default archive
   widget doesn’t. I’ve been looking for a solution for the past hour, and trying
   different plugins. I thought this would be an easy thing, but surprisingly none
   of the archive widget plugins I’ve come across has this simple ‘current’ class,
   and many people in the forums have been looking for the same thing.
