Feature Request: Custom accent color via Customizer
-
Hi there,
First of all, thank you for the great work on the Baskerville theme – I really enjoy using its updated version, Baskerville 2, on my website!
I have a small suggestion: Currently, the accent color (for links, buttons, etc.) is hard-coded in the theme. It would be great to have an option in the WordPress Customizer to change this color dynamically – for example, by using a CSS variable like
--accent-color.On my site, I implemented this manually using a child theme with custom CSS and PHP. While it works, it would be much easier and more user-friendly to have this feature built into the theme itself.
Just wanted to share this idea based on my experience – thank you again for your work and for keeping the theme alive!
Best regards,
