 * Hi
 * Appreciate the change in 4.8.1 to prevent inline styles being applied when table
   first inserted, but SO easy to then accidentally resize table in editor and have
   inline styles applied in error. Many themes now have very good styling of responsive
   tables and inline styles seriously mucks this up.
 * However, I appreciate some people do like inline styles for tables, so would
   it perhaps be possible to have two options on the Table Properties popup:
 * 1. Disable inline styles. This would prevent ANY inline styles being applied
   to a table in the editor while this option selected regardless of what the user
   does to the table in the editor.
 * 2. Clear inline styles – This would clear all existing inline styles on a table.
   Useful for both occasions when inline styles applied before user found option
   1, or simply for someone wishing to start from scratch on their table.
 * Many thanks

 * Sounds good, but… How would the user be able to set table dimensions then? The
   only way is to add some inline styles. The only other option is to disable resizing
   of the table completely, and I’m sure many people would be pretty unhappy about
   that.

 * Yeah, that would be useful. I’m going to look into (perhaps) adding some options
   specifically for tabled. Frankly I’d hate it to have more and more checkboxes
   or radio buttons to the plugin’s settings, but seems more and more people are
   unhappy/confused by how tables “work” inside the editor.
