 * Hi. Absolutely love this plugin – it makes overwriting and tweaking my site’s
   CSS so easy. But one feature request please…
 * Could you please make the save (aka “Update Custom CSS” button float so that 
   it is always in view when you scroll down? It’s a pain having to keep scrolling
   all the way back up to the top of the page to save when you have a long custom
   css list!
