Feature request: IP anonymization

It would be great if you could add the feature of IP anonymization to the plugin. In Germany and in the European Union (latest with the GDPR in May 2018) it is not allowed to track personal data without consent of the visitor. Google Analytics for example provides an extension to their tracking code that makes Analytics not track the last three digits of the IP.
