Feature Request: Multiple Correct Responses for Multiple Answers

I was so glad to find this plug-in after much searching and installation of others. I’m using it for someone to get personalized advice in the results on how to convert a recipe based on what ingredients it contains. But I think this feature would be useful for anyone making a test or quiz, too.

For my purposes, I need to know the main ingredient of the recipe so I can give the appropriate advice, so Ideally I would ask:

What is the main ingredient of the recipe?
[ ] Vegetable
[x] Meat
[x] Beans

I could then set the correct response based on each option so that my “correct response” would contain advice about Meat and Beans but not Vegetable.

For now, I’ve tried to work around the system but it is quite bulky – especially because I can only display only one question at a time, but what could be one now takes three questions:

Is the recipe’s main ingredient a Vegetable?
( )yes ( )no

Is the recipe’s main ingredient Meat?
( )yes ( )no

Is the recipe’s main ingredient Beans?
( )yes ( )no

So I would like the kind and responsive developer for this plug-in to consider adding this feature on a future version of this plug-in.
