# Feature Request – Post Types

 * Hi. Absolutely love the elegance and simplicity of this theme, so thank you for
   creating it.
 * I am wondering if it would be possible to bring back some form of post formats/
   types for this theme.
 * Specifically, beyond a standard blog post format, I would love to be able to 
   add an aside-like format that groups posts by date without displaying the date
   multiple times or the title for each entry.
 * Thanks in advance for your consideration.

 * Thanks for the request.
 * I’ve relayed this to our developers, and they’re discussing what the best way
   to do this would be – Livro is a block theme designed to work with the new site
   editor introduced in WP 5.9, and from what I understand the post formats available
   to classic themes in WordPress doesn’t work with block themes, so it’s not just
   a simple matter of enabling theme support for post formats.
 * So I can’t make any promises, but we’re looking into what’s possible here 🙂
