 * Hello – I’m very impressed with your plugin so far. I have a detailed set of 
   feature requests from my client and I was wondering if your plugin can do ALL
   of the following? Many thanks!!
 * Pop-ups on pages older than X date
    Pop-ups on pages on a specific topic Exemption
   list for pages where we don’t want pop-ups To appear after time on site Cookie
   control to prevent pop-up reappearing after someone has already clicked/ closed
   on a previous session Pop-ups that trigger for returning users only Newsletter
   field in pop-up Click to tweet pop-up Survey monkey embed and then newsletter
   ask

 * We do not have “pages older than …”
    We do not have a click to tweet popup or
   survey monkey boxes pre-made. The boxes basically come empty and you can put 
   any shortcode or html etc in there (including I suppose a tweet box or a survey
   monkey embed).
 * For newsletter form (MailChimp) we recommend our other plugin, Mailchimp for 
   WordPress.
