 * Hi, first of all I think your plugin is very cool. It’s nice and tidy and I like
   it.
 * I am currently using a simple HTML table event calendar for a sports club. This
works, but is difficult to edit because you regularly break the formatting and
adding links doesn’t work so easily. That’s why I started looking for a good
plugin. However, many event calendar plugins are very extensive or are too colorful,
   etc.
 * That’s why I really liked your plugin, but I’m missing a few functions and I
wanted to ask if it’s possible for you to add these functions, since unfortunately
I don’t have any developer experience myself.
 * I would like the following functions:
    1. Publication date in WordPress = date that is displayed. Currently you practically
have to maintain the date twice, once in the appointment text and once the publication
date. Bringing that together would be great.
    2. Do not hide old appointments that have expired. I would like to continue to
display all dates from a season and not hide them after the date has expired.
    3. optional free text fields: We have an advertisement, results list and picture
gallery for every event. These are individual URLs. Here I would like to have
custom fields that I can then use as a template for every appointment. For example,
in a menu then define “Results list” as a URL template and then I can simply
enter the URL for each new appointment and it will be displayed in the event
calendar as a “Results list” with href. Since these are user-defined fields
you can create as many as possible, which are simply added to the table on the
       right (td)
A checkbox would also be practical where you can, for example, tick“
cancelled” and the appointment is then crossed out in the calendar or something
       similar.
 * Thanks for reading, even if there are quite a few wishes. Thanks.

 * Hi,
    1. Yes, this grew somewhat by accident. Using the publish date of the event post
would make the title field unnecessary. It is quite a big change though, it
would need a new version number, like v2.0.
    2. Ah, yes, this could be an option in the shortcode.
    3. This is quite a feature request 🙂 I am not sure how to do that in a way that
will still keep this plugin super simple. I hope you don’t mind, but I prefer
       to say no to this.

 * Thanks for your response. I understand that it would be a big feature request.
Unfortunately, other WordPress plugins for calendars are always hopelessly overloaded,
so thank you for the good plugin 😄
