Feature Suggestion: Select default shipping method

It would be good if the shop admin could choose the default shipping method selected by this plugin during checkout. So for example it could be set to choose Priority shipping for every customer unless the customer changes it to standard during checkout. If a shipping method is not available for the ordered product then the plugin should use standard as the option for the order even if that is not selected in admin settings.
