Once I upgraded to wordpress 3.4.2 AND 3.5 the featured content will no longer work…does anyone have any idea how to fix this?

See here: http://aquoid.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=14481#p51324. I have already submitted a fix for this; once that goes live you can download it and you should be fine.
