# Featured Image field missing

 * Hi all,
    I can’t add featured image to Staff Member, because the Featured Image
   setup field is missing from the right column of the post edit window. I only

   All screen options on top of this page are checked, but the Featured Image is
   not listed there at all!
 * What can I do to add this featured image field? Other post types in my theme 
   have it…

 * In my case, my theme was defining the post-thumbnails using an array.
 * I added ‘staff’ to the array and now the thumbnails show up.
 * `add_theme_support( 'post-thumbnails', array( 'post', 'portfolio', 'gallery','
   staff' ) );`
