 * Featured images are missing after latest update, caches cleared, permalinks reset,
   resaved testimonials, etc.

 * The latest update from 2.32 to 2.32.1 had nothing to do with featured images.
   Do you remember what version you updated from?
 * Did you update any other plugins or the theme at the same time?
 * Featured images are missing from where? In admin in the list or the editor? On
   the front end in a view? On the front end in individual testimonials?
 * Can you post a link so I can see the problem firsthand and look for clues?

 * I’m all set, for some reason Firefox was caching for a bit, took 3 clears to 
   get it to resolve. All is good. Thank you and sorry to have bothered you.
