# Featured Image not sync

 * In my recent test, the featured image is not sync, no image in Media Library 
   either.
 * How to troubleshoot the issue please?

 * We would need to see the WPSiteSync log files in order troubleshoot this. You
   can enable logging by following the instructions here [https://wpsitesync.com/knowledgebase/enabling-debugginglogging-wpsitesync/](https://wpsitesync.com/knowledgebase/enabling-debugginglogging-wpsitesync/)
   and then submit a support request at [https://serverpress.com/contact/](https://serverpress.com/contact/)
   and include the log file.
