Hi @martat4d,
Thank you for reaching out and providing the details.
Based on your description, it seems the issue with the featured images and logo is likely related to the migration process. Sometimes, after migrating a site and updating the theme, the media file paths may not be correctly linked to the posts, which can cause images to appear blank even though they are visible in the Media Library.
To resolve this issue, you can try the following:
- Edit the affected posts:
- Go to the Posts section in your WordPress dashboard.
- Edit each post that has a missing featured image.
- Reassign the featured image:
- In the post editor, remove the current featured image (if any).
- Click Set Featured Image and select the correct image from your Media Library.
- Update the post.
This process will reestablish the correct link between the post and its featured image.
Note: You may also want to check your logo settings under Appearance > Customize > Site Identity and reassign the logo if it is not displaying properly.
Please try this and let us know if you need further assistance.
Best regards,
Hi, Amrit,
I already did this. Not working.
Can you thing of something else?
Thanks.
Hi @martat4d,
We have rechecked your site and found that only the following posts do not have a featured image assigned:
- https://kronosalud.es/blog/vitaminas-para-caida-del-pelo/
It’s clear that the featured images are not assigned. Could you please reupload the image and assign the featured images for these posts? After assigning the images, make sure to clear all caches on your site.
Regarding the logo, could you provide a screenshot of your header builder settings for the logo? We will review it and get back to you with further guidance.
Best regards!
