Featured Post Count Not Working Properly

    Hi, great theme ive been using it for a year now i have one problem though the Featured Post Count in Theme Options it says

    Max number of featured posts to display.
    Set to 1 and it will show it without any slider script
    Set it to 0 to disable

    i have usualy have it at 1 but now it shows 2 featured posts instead of 1 there is an option on top Include featured posts in content area but i have that unchecked so any help would be apreciated
