After I started the fuzz here at wordpress.org they stoped writing me treathning emails, the refund was processed the same day and I got my money finally, but only because I used PayPal DISPUTE option which gave me my money back. * After some times I realized they set you to recuring payment, and they do not cancel it even if they promise you full refund and delete your accounts and licence. You gotta do it yourself. IF YOU BUY PRO, do it ONLY WITH PAYPAL, or else you will never see your money again if you ask for refund, and you will every year be charged without knowing. I applied the dispute trough PayPal resolution centar, and started complaining and writing here on wordpress-org… and I got my refund the next day.
