 * Can we setup different features by post-type?
    Is there a way to globally turn
   on/off rating for all posts? Can post authors manually accept reviews before 
   displayed?

 * With the Pro version of the plugin do frontend users only have the ability to
   the single rating (e.g x stars out of 5) option, or can they rate the additional
   review types ( e.g, service, value, etc) as well?
