 * 1. It would be very useful to hijack the `wp_mail` functionality, so that when
   you don’t have email configured locally (or on whatever server you’re on), it
   can capture the email data, and return `true`, without actually sending anything
   or without the need to configure the `Catch All Email Address`.
    2. The email
   content is not outputted correctly:
 *     ```
       To reset your password, visit the following address:
       <http://....>
       ```
   
 * Doesn’t out put the URL between `<>`, but only `To reset your password, visit
   the following address:`.
