 * i installed paystack and i hovar over it i saw
    *All Forms *Add New *Settings
 * in settings i saw
    *Test and *Live Mode
 * Bellow i saw
    **Fee Settings
 * Percentage 1.5
 * Threshold (amount above which Paystack adds the fixed amount below) 2500
 * Additional Charge(amount added to percentage fee when transaction amount is above
   threshold) 100
 * Cap(maximum charge paystack can charge on your transactions) 2000
 * please can someone help explain the fee settings i dont understand it. thanks
