    Hi,

Every time i try to edit (for example adding the token or changing some setting) it either comes out with

error : #4 Application request limit reached

    or

error : Something went wrong (trying edit feed).

Also, the feed doesn’t update most of the time, even tho i refresh the plugin’s cache every now and then. It may be because of the token form fb developer tools, but i can’t insert it (see the first lines of this post).

    Halp!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

Due to the current strict limitations in Facebook API, there are a few configuration rules you need to follow to overcome the errors in your Facebook feed.

Note: Before proceeding to the steps below, make sure to update Facebook Feed WD to its latest version.

    1. The feed will not work even if you are an admin/manager/editor of the page, but it has not been created with your Facebook developer account. So the Facebook page must be created by you only.

    2. Make sure to follow the steps in this tutorial, create a Facebook app, copy the App ID and App Secret, then paste them in Facebook Feed WD > Options section. After this, you can get the Page Access Token. Please check this video.
    Thanks! Have a great day!

I’ve tried with both the accounts who are admins in the page (since i’m not sure which one is the creator).
I went step by step during the tutorial, the issue remains since it says that “error : Something went wrong (trying edit feed).”
Can’t even insert the token due to this, since it wont’ make me save it
