Feed Encoding error

    Hi,
    I created a Facebook Dynamic Ads / Instagram Remarketing feed with regular parameters.
    For some weird reason every time that I include in the feed my descriptions, It’s breaking the feed with the following error:

    This page contains the following errors:
    error on line 975 at column 2876: Encoding error
    Below is a rendering of the page up to the first error.

    When I remove the description field it’s fixed. Please help me fix this issue because Facebook requires descriptions to load the ad.

    ** The same happens when I try to include descriptions for Google Shopping feed.

    I attached the XML file with the error to this topic.
    Hope to hear from you soon with a solution because this is really serious issue as it prevent me from using ads for my store,
