 * On the landing page for [https://thefatgreek.dk/](https://thefatgreek.dk/) we
   are using the feed [jr_instagram id=”2″] for desktop + [jr_instagram id=”4″]
   on mobile.
 * Wordpress updates automatically which happened to conflict with the version of
   Social Slider Feeds.
 * We updated the plugin, but that we haven’t been able to make the plugin function.
In the front end nothing is showing from instagram, no images, etc.
 * This is what the log tells me:
    [thefatgreek.dk][error] Feed query failed! Try
reconnecting your account in the plugin settings.
 * But once I disconnected our Instagram account- and tried to reconnect it – the“
selection table” was totally blank (see img.: [https://imgur.com/SON2NeP](https://imgur.com/SON2NeP))
 * So instead of connecting the feeds through our business account- I tried to do
it using the username instead ( [https://www.instagram.com/thefatgreekcopenhagen](https://www.instagram.com/thefatgreekcopenhagen)).
 * This didn’t have any effect either, but the log still tells me that I should
reconnect my account in the plugin settings.
 * So, what now? We have tried following:
    – Updating the plugin – Tried to reconnect
account without success – Setup our feeds with the username instead – Error log
still tells us connection must be established to the account.
 * Looking forward for any feedback! Thanks in advance.

 * The problem with getting the feed and adding accounts has been solved. If the
feed is still not updated, try changing the feed settings to reset the cache.
