I see the errors that you found, thanks, kmessinger.
How do i get rid of them?
I switched themes back to my old theme and it still had the errors. Is this from a plugin that I need to get rid of? or is it something else?

That page was a comment page so the errors are not a problem. Errors are cascading also so many of the errors come from a & (ampersand) not being coded @amp;
Your feed page is ok, http://validator.w3.org/check?verbose=1&uri=http%3a%2f%2fcompletechirocenter.com%2fblog%2ffeed%2f but very slow loading still.
I would turn off all plugins to see if loading is more normal. Then add the plugins back until it slows down again. I suspect the twitter plugin as it directly affects the feed.

thanks got rid of 2 plugins and most of the errors were gone, and it was able to be read.
