Feed Validation Conflict With Yoast Plugin

    I am validating my feed using RSS feed validator through this URL:
    http://abc.com/feed (this is not my actual website, its just for reference)
    and getting this error:

    This feed does not validate.

    • line 13, column 7: link must be a full and valid URL: [help] <link></link>
             ^
    • line 26, column 7: link must be a full and valid URL: [help] <link></link>

      I am using Yoast Plugin, when I disable Yoast Plugin, feed gets validated successfully.

      Anyone have solution for this problem???
