Feedback: Changing taxonomy breaks templates

Hello, recently I found small problem with the plugin and I’m creating this post as feedback.

1. I create templates using dynamic data. For example I used Post terms – taxonomy to display on my template.
2. I renamed taxonomy. For example taxonomy named region changed to region_taxonomy.
3. After changing the name templates cannot be accesed (Server error 500) for editation. And also every page with template using missing taxonomy completely breaks.
