    You have good analytics column and insert total view of particular
   post.
 * This will solved two problem i.e. (Rating and Post view)
 * I hope, your plugin will rock from this simple two good option.

 * I think logging views would make this plugin too bloated. That would be best 
   implemented with external software such as Google Analytics.

 * There is no doubt google analytics is best option.
 * You can give optional for “total post view by visitor” in setting.
 * I think, many website owner want simple post view dashboard in website like jetpack
   plugin or “other post view stats”
 * So you should think about this.
