PHP Fatal Error in /wp-includes/cron.php

    After updating to WP 4.6.1, I noticed an error file in my WP directory. One error is in it that says:”[09-Sep-2016 03:38:12 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_redirect() in /home/stcwdc/public_html/competition/wp-includes/cron.php on line 286″
    (I do not have PHP debug errors turned on in my config file.)
