 * latest 3.0 version has a file missnamed
 * Installer will add
    feedback_form.php instead of oauthclient_feedback_form.php
 * causing
    Warning: require_once(oauthclient_feedback_form.php): failed to open
   stream: No such file or directory in /var/www/html/wp-content/plugins/oauth-client-
   for-user-authentication/oauthclient_controller.php on line 13
 * Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘oauthclient_feedback_form.
   php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/share/php’) in /var/www/html/wp-content/plugins/oauth-
   client-for-user-authentication/oauthclient_controller.php on line 13
