# Feedwordpress creating duplicate posts

 * Hello,
 * Feedwordpress has been duplicating posts on my website for quite some time. I
   have tried increasing the Fetch Timeout from 20 to 60 seconds but the issue still
   persists. Any help regarding this issue would be appreciated.

 * In my setup, oddly, the issue most often comes up when there is a WordPress plugin
   update being ‘polled’ from the WP servers. Almost like that ‘look for update’
   is causing hiccup in the cURL fetch from the plugin.
 * New update just spotted 1.20.20, so might resolve that. !!
